Police say a 33-year old man is dead, after being shot 18 times on Saturday night. According to a report from CBS-3 Philly, the shooting and killing took place at around 7:10 pm, on the 500 block of West Duncannon Avenue.
Police say the 18 shots that hit the victim, were spread out throughout the body. He was pronounced dead a short while after arriving at the hospital. No arrests have been made so far.
