HUNDREDS OF UNDELIVERED FED-EX PACKAGES FOUND TOSSED IN RAVINE

BLOUNT, ALABAMA

Hundreds of undelivered FedEx packages were discovered discarded in a ravine in Alabama on Wednesday. CNN reported that the discarded packages were found in Blount County, Alabama. The report stated that Blount County is about 40 miles Northeast of Birmingham.

Authorities responded to the ravine, which was located on private property. Once on scene, they discovered three to four hundred packages of assorted sizes that appeared to have been thrown into the ravine.

An area manager for FedEx showed up on the scene and reported the drama back to the company, who sent multiple trucks from all over “the south” to assist. FedEx said in a statement that they would be clearing up the scene and recovering all packages by sunrise on Thursday morning.
