PHILADELPHIA, P.A.
Philadelphia Police say a 20-year old man is in critical condition, after a shooting in the Frankford section of the city early on Wednesday morning. CBS-3 PHILLY reported that a home on the 5200 block of Oakland Street was sprayed with gunfire at around 1:30 am.

Officers discovered a lawn full of shell casings when they arrived on the scene. Investigators believe the victim was shot on the front porch. According to the police report, the victim’s girlfriend was upstairs with the children, aged between 11-months and 12-years old, when the shooting began. Police said at least 5 bullets made it inside of the home. The victim’s girlfriend drove him to the hospital.
