On Monday morning Nike released a statement saying they would be delaying the release of its newest Air Max 1x Cactus Jack sneakers, according to a report from NBC NEWS. The Cactus Jack Air Max is a collaboration between Nike and rapper Travis Scott. Here’s the short statement by Nike:
“Out of respect for everyone impacted by the tragic events at the Astroworld Festival, we are postponing the launch of the Air Max 1 X Cactus Jack.”
