PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
Philadelphia Police say two men were killed after they were rear ended by another driver. Police also reported that the driver who rear-ended the victims, were under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or both.

According to a 6 ABC ACTION NEWS report, the accident happened around 11pm on Saturday night, at the intersection of Stenton Avenue & East Johnson Street, in West Oak Lane. Police say the vehicle that was hit burst into flames after the impact of the crash. Two men were in the vehicle that was rear-ended. As the two men sat trapped in the burning vehicle, nearby neighbors tried in vain to free the men. The two deceased victims were not immediately identified. Police say the person responsible for the crash is currently hospitalized in critical condition. According to police, they will soon be charged with DUI and vehicular homicide……if they survive their injuries.
