ATLANTA, GEORGIA
On October 11th, Atlanta Police said they responded to an intersection. They found a woman lying unconscious in the road. The woman, later identified as 28-year old, Catherine Khan, was rushed to the hospital, where she later died. After an initial investigation, police say they believe Ms. Khan may have fallen, or been pushed out of a moving car. A Lamborghini Huracan.

THE BRANDENTON HERALD, reported that a caller who’d spoke to a dispatcher reported seeing someone get tossed out of the Lambo after a fight. Khan was found near Peachtree Road Northeast. An upscale neighborhood in the Buckhead section of Atlanta.
On Monday, police announced the arrest of 31-year old, Alfred Megbuluba. He faces charges of felony murder, theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud, and financial transaction card theft. Atlanta law allows a person to be charged with felony murder, if another person died in the commission of a crime. Police never said if Megbuluba pushed Khan from the car, or if she fell out on her own.
