PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
87 inmates at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center, in the Holmesburg section of the city, somehow got out of their cells, and temporarily took control an entire cell block at the jail.

According to 6 ABC, the uprising at P.I.C.C began shortly after 1 a.m. on Thursday morning, according to jail officials. Additional riot guards were eventually sent to the jail to help out. With the help of backup, corrections officers managed to get the disturbance under control. No injuries were reported.
