PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
A gunman opened fire on the 2300 block of Master Street. It was unclear who the gunman was firing at, but when the smoke cleared, a 15-year old had been shot. A report from NBC10 PHILADELPHIA, said the shooting happened right outside of Robert Vaux High School, at 2:57 pm Tuesday afternoon.

The shooting happened during dismissal for the day at the High School. The school immediately went into lockdown from the time of the shooting, until around 3:10pm, when the scene was officially cleared by police. Luckily, the injury to the 15-year old was not fatal. He was shot in the shin. The victim was taken to Temple Hospital, where he was last reported in stable condition. The teen who was shot is a student at Vaux. No arrests have been made so far.
