A federal investigation is underway to determine if a former corrections officer accessed and leaked correspondence from R. Kelly to a YouTube blogger while Kelly was in custody there, according to a report from Rolling Stone Magazine.
A recently unsealed search warrant revealed that FBI agents seized a laptop from a federal corrections officer who illegally accessed Kelly’s recorded phone calls, emails, visitor logs, and other restricted information when the singer was being held at the Metropolitan Corrections Center in New York. The unidentified corrections officer was allegedly sharing the information with a Youtube blogger named “Tasha K.” The blogger promoted her information about Kelly as “exclusives” from her “inside scoop.” Tasha K kept her audience informed about what was going on between Kelly, Jocelyn Savage, and Azriel Clary, who were Kelly’s girlfriends.
“Yeah, there’s a phone tap somewhere, and I’m not gonna tell you where it’s at. I have the plug. I’m not gonna tell you where I got the information from, but just listen to the damn information, O.K?”
Tasha K allegedly told her audience during one of her Youtube blog/podcast airings.
