MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
Five Miami Beach Police Officers have been charged with battery after a video of the officers violently assaulting two black men was released. The Huffington Post reported, that charges were announced against Sgt. Jose Perez, officers Kevin Perez, Robert Sabatar, Steven Serrano, and David Rivas. All of the officers were already previously suspended over the July 26, incident.
