PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
36-year old Jamie Frick was arrested on Tuesday morning and charged with murder, conspiracy, tampering and fabricating evidence, and other related offenses. Frick’s arrest was in connection to the shooting death of 23-year old David Padro Jr., from Camden, NJ.

According to a report from NBC 10 Philadelphia, the shooting happened on July 21 2nd, shortly before 1am. That was when police responded to a report of a person with a gun at Pat’s King Of Steaks along the 1200 block of South 9th Street. When police arrived, the found Padro Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower back. Padro was taken to Jefferson Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

36-year old, Paul Burket, of Reading, Pa, turned himself in to police for the crime. He was charged with murder, tampering with evidence, conspiracy, and other offenses. Investigators say Burket was a felon, which make it illegal for him to possess a gun.

Police have not revealed the details of Frick’s alleged involvement in Padro’s death. According to Frick’s lawyer she is the girlfriend of Burket who was charged in Padro’s murder.
