BROOKLYN, NEW YORK

A grand jury indicted 41-year old Isiah Stokes on Friday. His charges include second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. These charges pertain to the murder of 37-year old Queens Village resident, Tyrone Jones.

According to a report from NBC News, Stokes has appeared on popular shows like Law & Order, Power, and Boardwalk Empire, among multiple other appearances on other shows.

Authorities say the shooting happened the afternoon of February 7th. Investigators say they have video footage that was recorded by a nearby convenience store, showing Stokes exiting a vehicle near the intersection of Linden Boulevard and 200th Street, and then firing 11 rounds into a parked Jeep Grand Cherokee. Stokes is due to make his initial court appearance on Monday to face the charges. Stokes is looking at 25-years to life in prison if convicted.
