Weisselberg surrendered himself to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on Thursday morning. He pleaded not guilty to the charges early Thursday afternoon. Weisselberg’s charges include him avoiding paying $1.7 million in taxes. Other charges against Weisselberg and the Trump organization include: a scheme to defraud, conspiracy, and falsifying business records. Prosecutors said they have digital drives with grand jury testimony, bookkeeping records, tax records, and statements of potential witnesses as evidence. Donald Trump himself, has not been charged in this particular indictment against the company, but Weisselberg has, and it looks like he may be in deep trouble on this one.
