HATBORO, PENNSYLVANIA
59-year old, David Winter of Hatboro was arrested on felony charges for possessing more than 4,000 pictures and videos of child pornography, including infants and toddlers.

The Daily Voice (https://dailyvoice.com/), reported that an investigation into Winter and his activities began on March 19th. This was after the Montgomery County Detective Bureau received a cyber-tip from Yahoo, related to a suspected child pornography image sent by a user. Agents from the bureau traced the IP address related to the Yahoo account. That led detectives straight to Winter’s Drexel Hill home. Authorities serves a search warrant on April 22nd. Members of the Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, seized an HP desktop computer, a tablet, thumb drives, hard drives and a cellphone. Investigators later found 4,797 images and videos of child pornography, including children who were under the age of 18 either posing nude, masturbating, or engaging in oral, anal, or vaginal intercourse, according to the criminal complaint filed against Winter. He was charged with 200 felony counts of possessing child pornography, an one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

Winter was arraigned before Magisterial Judge Paul N. Leo, who set bail at $250,000. Unsecured. Winter was released without paying a dime out of pocket. A preliminary hearing has been set for June 25th, before Judge Leo.
