Carrion put $100 down on a paid hit that the “hitman” was charging $4000 for. Carrion and the hitman agreed that the remaining balance would be pair off in weekly installments. The informant went straight to the police after making the deal. Carrion found herself caught up in an undercover sting, not long afterward. She is currently being held on a $500,000 bond at Lehigh County Jail.
