PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

A 20-year old man was killed, and three other people were wounded when a gunman open fired on a group gathered at a memorial for a shooting victim.

NBC 10 Philly (https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/) reported that about 8 to 10 people were at the memorial on 55th & Kingsessing Streets at around 4:15 pm on Wednesday afternoon. Police say, that was when a gunman approached the group and opened fire at the group. Some of the group were painting a mural at the time the group got fired upon. NBC 10 also reported that the police say, reports indicate one of the men in the crowd returned fire at the gunman. Police say no guns were found at the scene though.

The deceased 20-year old man was reportedly shot 11 times. He was rushed to the hospital, but was reported dead at the hospital about 20-minutes later. A 29-year old, unidentified man, was reportedly shot 5-times. That man was reported to be in critical condition, as of the latest updates. A 23-year old was shot 3-times, and a 19-year old was also shot once. Both were reported to be in stable condition. No arrests have been made thus far, but police say they do have pretty clear surveillance videos that show the whole shooting.

Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told the media, in regards to the surveillance video they possess.
