3 BYSTANDERS CAUGHT IN CROSSFIRE OF PHILLY SHOOTING

At least 58 rounds were fired shortly after 4:00 pm on the 600 Block of South 57th Street, in the Cobb’s Creek section of the city. 6 ABC News (@6abc) reported that a 51-year old man and a 53-year old man were both shot in the left leg. A woman who was believed to be in her 30’s was also hit by gunfire. She was shot in the right cheek. All of the victims were reported to be in stable condition.

Francina Wall, whose husband was one of the two male bystanders who were shot in the leg said “I was pulling bags out of the car, and next thing you know, I heard something that sounded like firecrackers. All I know was I heard my husband saying, ‘Get down! Fran they’re shooting! Get down! ‘ And I did, and unfortunately for my husband, he got hit. He got hit in the leg” No one has yet been arrested in the shooting.
