A scratch off winning lottery ticket worth $3 million was sold at a Lukoil gas station on the 3400 block of West Moreland Road in Willow Grove. The scratch off was the $3 Million Extravaganza scratch off that cost $30 to buy a ticket.

ABC News (@abcnews) reported, the $3 million winner wasn’t the only recent one in this area. A $1 million “Millionaire Maker” scratch off was recently sold at the “Dunkin” on the 500 block of Doylestown Road in Landsdale.
