24-year old Malaysia King was arrested in Las Vegas on Thursday. She’s accused of pepper-spraying an Uber driver in San Francisco. Her official charges include, Suspicion Of Assault With A Caustic Chemical, assault and battery, and other related charges. King is currently being held in jail with no bail.

Arna Kimia, 24, has also wanted in connection to the Uber assault. Her attorney indicated that she intends to turn herself in soon, according to ABC News (@abcnews). Lt. Tracy McCray, who leads the department’s Robbery Squad, spoke on what was probably the most serious and most likely part of the incident that will guarantee jail-time for the young women.

“The behavior captured on video in this incident showed a callous disregard safety and wellbeing of an essential service worker in the middle of a pandemic.”
