There may finally be a bit of good news in the battle against Covid-19. Pharma giant Johnson & Johnson has reportedly just finished their Covid-19 vaccine. The vaccine is allegedly ready for use. Unlike other vaccines, Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine reportedly only takes one dose to vaccinate a person, instead of the normal two doses other vaccines take.
