“Targeting children for sex crimes and human trafficking”, are just two of the charges 34 suspected child predators arrested by Arizona Police on Friday night, will be facing. The accused child predators were made up of men and women. The ages of the accused range from 21 – 66 years old. Police also said most of them were from the Phoenix area.

According to msn.com (@msn), the joined police departments from Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler, named the operation “Broken Hearts.” As part of the investigation, the joined forces placed ads on various websites and smartphone apps. The advertisements were for “people looking to engage in illegal sex acts with children.” The suspects who were charged in the operation, communicated, solicited, and brokered a deal with an undercover officer who they believed was a child.
