Toys “R” Us, who declared bankruptcy back in September, is now about to close over 180 stores across the Country. There are somewhere in the range of 880 Toys “R” Us stores in the United States. The retailer has 1600 stores worldwide.

 

 

 

CNN(@cnn) reports, the planned closures, which need court approval, are expected to begin early next month and be mostly completed by April, Toys “R” Us CEO Dave Brandon said in a message posted to the company’s website. Stores outside of the US will not be affected by the closings.
