A burned body was found on top of a Septa train as the train pulled into Jefferson Station in Center City Philadelphia.

 

 

 

NBC 10 News (@NBCPhiladelphia) reports, The body may have been electrocuted by the high-voltage equipment connecting the train to electrical lines. Septa did not immediately provide details about the incident they described as a medical emergency in a tweet.
