Based on the timing of this event, and the timing of the release of the video, my guess is that this is an attempt to spread propaganda about something. Probably about the importance of the new sanctions that Trump imposed on North Korea. Who knows? I’m pretty certain that there was a reason the UN wanted this week old footage to be seen by the general public right now. The video shows a North Korean soldier racing for the South Korea/North Korea border. He’s spotted by other North Korean soldiers during his escape. His truck gets stuck in a ditch forcing him to have to leave the truck and make his escape on foot. The soldiers catch up to him and let loose. The North Korean soldiers let off over 400 rounds. Amazingly, the soldier was only hit 5 times. Check out the video below:
