NFL insider Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) reported that Houston Texans Quarterback Deshaun Watson has suffered a non-contact injury that resulted in a torn ACL. The injury will likely sideline the rookie sensation for the rest of the season. This is a major setback to the injury-prone Houston Texans squad. Watson will join teammates J.J. Watt and Whitney Mercilus on the injured reserve list. The injury couldn’t have come at a worst time for the Texans who were hoping to contend for a Super Bowl birth this season.
