“It’s an expensive mouthpiece toss,” Steph Curry said when he found out that the incident was going to cost him $50 geez. Curry was ejected from a game on Saturday night for the incident during the team’s 111-101 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. Fellow all-star Kevin Durant was tossed out shortly afterward for arguing with the ref about Curry’s ejection. ESPN (@espn) reports that Curry won’t be suspended for the incident. Warriors forward Andre Igoudala was fined $15,000 for verbally abusing a game official in the Curry incident. Of his actions, Curry said
“It was embarrassing, and I know that. I can’t do that. I know the league wants to crack down on that type of behavior and I understand why. I’ve got to be better than that.”
